Synopsis
Dear Evan Hansen follows the story of Evan Hansen, a socially anxious high school student who struggles to connect with others. After a tragic event involving a classmate, Connor Murphy, Evan finds himself caught in a web of lies when a letter he wrote to himself is mistaken as Connor's suicide note. As Evan becomes entangled in the Murphy family's grief, he inadvertently becomes a symbol of hope and healing for his community. However, as the lie spirals out of control, Evan must confront the truth and find a way to reconcile his actions while learning to accept himself.
