Synopsis
Set in the Paris Opera House in the late 19th century, 'The Phantom of the Opera' tells the story of a mysterious, disfigured musical genius known as the Phantom who lives beneath the opera house. He becomes obsessed with Christine Daaé, a young and talented soprano, and secretly mentors her, believing she is destined for greatness. As Christine's star rises, she becomes romantically involved with her childhood friend, Raoul, which enrages the Phantom.
