Synopsis

Heathers: The Musical is a darkly comedic story set in the halls of Westerburg High School, where Veronica Sawyer, a smart but disillusioned teenager, finds herself drawn into the elite clique of the Heathers—three beautiful and ruthless girls who rule the school. Initially seduced by their power, Veronica quickly becomes disillusioned with their cruelty and begins to question her own morality. Her life takes a darker turn when she meets J.D., a mysterious and rebellious new student, and the two embark on a dangerous path of revenge against the school's bullies and oppressors. As Veronica and J.D.'s relationship spirals out of control, the consequences of their actions grow increasingly dire, culminating in a series of shocking events that force Veronica to confront the true cost of her choices. The musical explores themes of teenage angst, peer pressure, and the desire for acceptance, all set against a backdrop of biting humor and catchy, rock-inspired songs. Ultimately, Heathers: The Musical is a story of redemption and self-discovery, as Veronica learns to stand up for herself and others, rejecting the toxic culture of high school hierarchy.
